What are the dimensions of the bottles?

Pump Bottles

250ml - 16.5cm

500ml (short) - 20cm

500ml (tall) - 24cm

500ml Square Shoulder (short) - 20.5cm

500ml Square Shoulder (tall) - 23cm

1000ml/1L - 27.5cm

Spray Bottles

500ml (short) - 22.5cm

*the dimensions are measured with the pump up.

Please note these measurements are based off plain pumps.

Others vary in height (eg. Bamboo pumps may be slightly shorter)

Can I place a custom order?

Yes! All products are available for custom ordering. Please be sure to check your spelling when placing an order.

Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?

Due to the high volume of orders, I can no longer make changes to an order once it has been placed on the website. Please take your time to choose your items carefully. There are no refunds for change of mind. All of our items are made to order.

What are our labels made of?

Our labels are made of high quality adhesive vinyl, it is also waterproof.

What will they adhere to?

Some include; smooth surfaces including glass, plastic, metal, notebook covers, wood, and paper.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All of our personalised items are made to order, so the current turnaround time is 1-2 weeks.

Please note: Signage may take 2-4 weeks depending on stock levels at time of purchase or hire.

Posting & Shipping

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
If you select standard shipping, you will receive your order within 6-10 business days. However, we can not be held responsible for the delays caused by the postal service.

Refunds & Returns

When purchasing any of our products please choose carefully. Once your order is placed we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. In the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or refund.
